In Vivo

[68Ga]ADA2 (100 μCi; i.v.; single dose) achieves optimal aortic aneurysm uptake of 1.6% ID/g in Angiotensin-II-induced AA mouse models[1].

Showed more pronounced uptake in the AA region.
