AI-10-47 is a small molecule inhibitor of CBFβ-RUNX binding, with an IC50 of 3.2 μM[1].

In Vitro

AI-10-47 (10 μM) weakly inhibits CBFβ-RUNX binding[1].
AI-10-47 significantly inhibits ME-1, TUR, M0-91, THP-1 and U937 cell growth[1].
