AI10-m15
AI10-m15 is a tyrosinase inhibitor, with IC50 values of 0.019 μM (using L-DOPA (HY-N0304) as the substrate) and 0.02 μM (using L-Tyrosine (HY-N0473) as the substrate) against mushroom tyrosinase. AI10-m15 inhibits intracellular melanin production and reduces head pigmentation in zebrafish embryos. AI10-m15 can be used for the research of hyperpigmentation disorders.

Biological Activity
AI10-m15 (concentration gradient) exhibits improved cellular safety with a maximum nontoxic concentration of 100 μM in A375, B16F10, HEM, and HaCaT cells[1].
AI10-m15 (12.5-100 μM) potently inhibits intracellular melanogenesis in B16F10 cells, with greater efficacy than kojic acid and β-arbutin across tested concentrations[1].
