Biological Activity
Ale-a12K4 is conjugated with the bone-binding small molecule alendronic acid (HY-B0631) to serve as an inducer of bone-targeted mRNA expression; when formulated into lipid nanoparticles, it enhances mRNA expression in the femur and tibia and improves the specificity of mRNA expression within bone tissue[1].
