Anti-Mouse RANKL/CD254 Antibody (IK22/5) inhibits osteoclast formation and activity by specifically blocking the binding of RANKL and RANK. Anti-Mouse RANKL/CD254 Antibody (IK22/5) can inhibit the expression of MuRF1/Trogin-1 and activation of NF-κB. Anti-Mouse RANKL/CD254 Antibody (IK22/5) can be used for research on cancer such as melanoma or colon cancer and osteoporosis.

Anti-Mouse RANKL/CD254 Antibody (IK22/5) (3-5 days) dose dependently inhibits osteoclast differentiation by blocking the RANKL/RANK interaction in mouse RANKL-transfected NRK cells[1].
Anti-Mouse RANKL/CD254 Antibody (IK22/5) (0-1000 nM, 3-5 days) drastically inhibited the formation of TRAP+ multinucleated cells in a dose-dependentmanner[1].

In Vivo
Anti-Mouse RANKL/CD254 Antibody (IK22/5) (200 μg, i.p., on day -1, 0, and 2) significantly reduces the number of lung metastatic nodules combined with anti-CTLA4 mAb in C57BL/6 wild-type (WT) mice bearing B16F10 or RM-1 lung metastasis[2].
Anti-Mouse RANKL/CD254 Antibody (IK22/5) (200 μg, i.p., once every 2-4 days, from day 3 to 12) significantly inhibits tumor growth combined with anti-CTLA4 mAb in C57BL/6 WT mice bearing B16F10 tumors or CT26 tumors[2].
Anti-Mouse RANKL/CD254 Antibody (IK22/5) (100 or 250 μg, i.p., twice weekly, for 24 weeks) significantly improves muscle atrophy and its function in female C57BL/6 mice with a cigarette smoke (CS) exposure induced chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) model[3].
