Antileishmanial agent-46 (1.25-20 μM; 72 h) reduces intracellular amastigote infection of L. infantum in THP-1 cells with an IC50 of 9.9 μM[1].
Antileishmanial agent-46 (3.1-100 μM; 72 h) exhibits low cytotoxicity against THP-1 cells, with a CC50 of 42.7 μM[1].
Antileishmanial agent-46 (10 μM) does not inhibit L. infantum trypanothione reductase activity[1].
