Antiparasitic agent-41 (Compound 107C53) (50-200 mg/kg; p.o.; twice daily; 5 days) shows moderate schistosomicidal activity against mature Schistosoma mansoni infections in white mice, with 51% worm kill at a unit oral dose of 200 mg/kg administered twice daily for 5 days, and no activity at a unit dose of 50 mg/kg^[1].
