Argatroban solution is mainly composed of Argatroban monohydrate (HY-B0375A). Argatroban monohydrate is a direct, selective thrombin inhibitor with anticoagulant properties, and can be used to alleviate motor paralysis caused by ischemic cerebral infarction.
