In Vivo

ASIC-IN-1 (compound A) (50 mg/kg; i.p.) causes a dose- dependent reduction of the pain intensity as evaluated by the flinching behavior on formalin-induced spontaneous pain evoked by intraplantar injection of formalin in the rat[1].
