In Vitro

Anticancer agent 100 (Compound 2f) (25 µM and 50 µM; 24 h) down-regulates the expression level of apoptotic protein PI3K and FoXO3a, up-regulates the expression level of PTEN and FoXO1 in Colo-205 cells^[1].
