Anticancer agent-369 shows weak cytotoxicity against normal HUVEC cells, with an IC₅₀ of 34.62 μM in the MTT assay^[1].
Anticancer agent-369, as shown by molecular docking studies, can embed into the active site of Cdc25B and form multiple hydrogen bonds with residues within this site^[1].
