Brassicasteryl linoleate
Brassicasteryl linoleate is a cholinesterase inhibitor. Brassicasteryl linoleate inhibits acetylcholinesterase, butyrylcholinesterase and urease. Brassicasteryl linoleate inhibits lipid peroxidation. Brassicasteryl linoleate is applicable to research related to breast cancer, lung cancer and colon adenocarcinoma.

Brassicasteryl linoleate (compound 3) (48 h) exhibits weak cytotoxicity against HT29 and MCF7 cancer cell lines, no cytotoxicity against HeLa cancer cells, and weak toxicity against PDF fibroblast cells, with IC50 values of 73.2 µg/mL, 64.2 µg/mL, and 90.1 µg/mL, respectively[3].
