Human UGT1A3
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Human UGT1A3 is an UDP-glucuronosyltransferase. Human UGT1A3 catalyzes the glucuronidation of Estrone (HY-B0234), amine substrates, opioids, coumarins, flavonoids and anthraquinones. Human UGT1A3 binds to Chenodeoxycholic Acid (HY-76847) in the liver. Human UGT1A3 can be used in research related to cholestatic liver diseases.
