Mtb against-2 (compound 4h) exhibits antibacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv (ATCC27294), with an MIC of 0.82 μg/mL^[1].
Mtb against-2 (compound 9h) (20 mM; 3.5 h) inhibits Mycobacterium tuberculosis protein kinase B (PknB) with an inhibition rate of 68.3% in non-radioactive kinase luminescence assays^[2].
