Zanolimumab (1-10000 ng/mL) Fc and dose-dependently down-regulates the level of CD4 from purified primary CD4⁺ T cells and SUP-T1 T cells^[1].
Zanolimumab (1-10000 ng/mL) potently inhibits of TCR-stimulated T-cell proliferation both in tetanus toxin induced and anti-CD3 induced T-cell proliferation^[1].
Zanolimumab (0-30 min) inhibits TCR signal transduction^[1].

Flow cytometric analysis of 1.5X10⁶ THP-1 cells with Zanolimumab (HY-P99266, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control.
