PSMA-1092

PSMA-1092 is a fluorescent probe targeting prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA). PSMA-1092 binds to PSMA through two Glu-urea-Lys motifs and inhibits its glutamate carboxypeptidase activity, with a human K_i of 80 pM. PSMA-1092 accumulates in PSMA-positive tumors, and co-injection of a PSMA inhibitor reduces tumor signal. PSMA-1092 can be used for research on prostate cancer.
