Solbinsiran (LY3561774) is a GalNAc-conjugated siRNA targeting ANGPTL3. Solbinsiran mediates RNA interference against hepatic ANGPTL3 mRNA, reducing ANGPTL3 translation. Solbinsiran lowers hepatocyte ANGPTL3 mRNA and serum ANGPTL3 protein levels. Solbinsiran can be used in research on mixed dyslipidemia.
