Atigotatug (BMS-986012) is a fully human IgG1 antibody binds specifically to FucGM1 with an EC50 of 0.15 nmol/L for FucGM1. Atigotatug is a FcγRIIIa ligand with a Kd of 21 nmol/L. Atigotatug demonstrates antitumor efficacy in multiple mouse small cell lung cancer models.

Atigotatug (serial dilutions) specifically binds purified FucGM1 antigen with an EC50 of 0.15 nmol/L[1].
Atigotatug (serial dilutions) mediates potent ADCC against DMS79 SCLC cells with an EC50 of 0.06 nmol/L[1].
Atigotatug (serial dilutions; 4 hours at 37 °C) mediates CDC against DMS79 SCLC cells with an EC50 of 59 nmol/L following 4 hours of incubation at 37 °C with human complement[1].

Showed no TGI in PDX model LU5249 (H-score = 65, low FucGM1 expression).
