Delpacibart is a humanized IgG1κ monoclonal antibody targeting the transferrin receptor TFRC. Delpacibart can be conjugated with the phosphorodiamidate morpholino oligonucleotide (PMO) Zotadirsen (HY-177972), which targets exon 44 of the dystrophin gene, to synthesize the antibody-oligonucleotide conjugate (AOC) Delpacibart zotadirsen (HY-177564). Delpacibart is suitable for use in Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD44) research.

    Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 FaDu cells with Delpacibart (HY-P990051, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. AF 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 (L234A/L235A) kappa (HY-P991027, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
