The combination of Cisplatin (HY-17394) with Lexatumumab synergistically inhibits the cell growth and enhanced apoptotic death[1].
Lexatumumab (0-10 µg/ml, 72 h) induces various degrees of cell death in the different melanoma cell lines[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Immobilized Human DR5/TRAIL R2 Protein (His Tag) can bind Lexatumumab. The EC50 for this effect is 1.14 ng/mL. -
Flow cytometric analysis of 1.5X106 HEPG2 cells with Lexatumumab (HY-P99299, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 lambda2, Isotype Control (HY-P990096, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
