In Vivo

UR-11353 (Compound 4e) (1 mg/kg; i.v.; single dose) exhibits potent, long-lasting protection against PAF-induced mortality in mice, with 48% protection maintained 24 hours after a single 1 mg/kg i.v. dose and an ID₅₀ of 0.023 mg/kg i.v^[1].
UR-11353 (i.v.; single dose) exhibits protection against PAF-induced hypotension with an ID₅₀ of 0.025 mg/kg in rats^[1].
