CAII/lX-IN-2
CAII/lX-IN-2 is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor with an IC50 of 2.2 nM against hCA IX and 19.8 nM against hCA XII. CAII/lX-IN-2 inhibits the catalytic activities of cytosolic hCA I, hCA II, and transmembrane tumor-associated hCA IX and hCA XII in a concentration-dependent manner. CAII/lX-IN-2 can be used in research related to metastatic solid tumors.
