MMP Substrate

MMP-1 Substrate is a matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) selective substrate that can be used for the fluorometric determination of MMP-1 enzymatic activity.

TNO211 (Dabcyl-GABA-Pro-Gln-Gly-Leu-Glu(EDANS)-Ala-Lys-NH2) TFA is a fluorogenic substrate, containing the MMP cleavable Gly-Leu bond and EDANS/Dabcyl as fluorophore/quencer combination. TNO211 TFA can specifically detect MMP activity (Ex/Em = 340/485 nm).

BHQ‑3 carboxylic acid shows maximal absorption in the 620 to 730 nm range. TG-MMP-Lys is an MMP-sensitive crosslinking peptide. TG-MMP-Lys is promising for research of fibrotic diseases (e.g., liver fibrosis).
