ALLO-647 is a human monoclonal antibody targeting CD52, a GPI-anchored low-molecular-weight glycoprotein that is highly expressed on almost all mature T and B cells but not on hematopoietic stem cells. Soluble CD52 is a natural inhibitor of the NF‑κB pathway, which mainly functions in myeloid cells and also exerts cross-regulation in T/B cells.^[1]
