FAP-IN-8 (Compound 12i) is a potent inhibitor of PREP and FAP, with pIC50 values of 8.99 and 10.08 for FAP and PREP, and IC50 values of 1 and 0.08 nM, respectively. FAP-IN-8 may be used in cancer research.
