Favezelimab (MK-4280) is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting LAG-3. Favezelimab blocks the interaction between LAG-3 and its ligand, MHC class II molecules. Favezelimab is applicable to research on relapsed/refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma, relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and relapsed/refractory indolent B-cell lymphoma. For the isotype control of Favezelimab, refer to Human IgG4 (S228P) kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99003).

    Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 Jurkat cells with Favezelimab (HY-P99613, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
