FPR2 agonist 6 induces Ca²⁺ mobilization in human neutrophils with an EC₅₀ of 0.8 μM^[1].
FPR2 agonist 6 is a potent chemotactic agonist of human neutrophils, with an EC₅₀ of 0.6 μM^[1].
