ICMT-IN-7

ICMT-IN-7 (compound 74) is an inhibitor of ICMT (IC₅₀=0.015 μM). ICMT-IN-7 dose-dependently induces ICMT accumulation in the cytoplasm of HCT-116 cells and inhibits the proliferation of multiple cancer cell lines expressing K-Ras and N-Ras.
