Insecticidal agent 42 (Compound H3) (1-100 mg/L; 48 h) exhibits potent insecticidal activity and systemic activity against M. crassicauda, with LC₅₀ values of 1.83 and 4.63 mg/L, respectively, and induces significant proteomic changes affecting the immune system, substance and energy metabolism, and cytoskeletal proteins^[1].
Insecticidal agent 42 (10 mg/L; 48 h) exhibits high control efficacy against M. crassicauda in pot experiments, achieving 79.2% mortality at 10 mg/L^[1].
Insecticidal agent 42 (12-36 h) exerts its insecticidal effect by inhibiting AChE activity and interfering with neurotransmission in M. crassicauda^[1].
