Psychotridine is a natural alkaloid isolated from Psychotria colorata, reveals an analgesic activity in nervous system and an inhibitory efficacy towards platelet aggregation^[1]^[2].

In Vitro

Psychotridine inhibits platelet aggregation induced by ADP, collagen and Thrombin through an interaction with cytoskeletal proteins, with IC₅₀s of 1.4, 1.4 and 3.9 μM, respectively^[2].
