Description

HYF038 is a blood-brain barrier-penetrant ligand of apoptosis signal-regulating kinase 1 (ASK1). When labeled with ¹¹C, HYF038 can be used for ASK1 neuroimaging studies^[1].

In Vivo

[¹¹C]HYF038 (0.04-0.4 mg/kg; intravenous injection via tail vein; single administration) exhibits a certain degree of BBB penetration, but shows low uptake; the high-dose blocking group presents a relatively high initial brain SUV followed by rapid washout^[1].
