OT-551 is a NF-κB inhibitor with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. OT-551 has the potential for retinal diseases research^[1]^[2].

OT-551 (25-100 mg/kg; ip; once) provides RPE cell protection against acute light damage in albino rats^[1].
