In Vitro
MY05 exhibits IC50 values of 10.6 μM, 13.5 μM and 39.4 μM in MDA-MB 231, MDA-MB 468 and MCF-7 cells, respectively[1].
MY05 promotes apoptosis and inhibits MYC-Driven mammosphere growth[1].
