Conjugation of Crefmirlimab with radioisotopes (e.g., 89Zr) enables tumor immune infiltration assessment, autoimmune disease detection, and immunotherapy response monitoring. Crefmirlimab is applicable for cancer research.

Result:Showed substantial uptake in CD8+ T cell-rich tissues (spleen and tumors) with minimal accumulation in background tissues (muscle, whole blood).
Detected dose-dependent increases in tumor uptake on day 9 post-bispecific antibody treatment, with a mean SUV of up to 1.54 (SEM) in the highest-dose bispecific antibody group.
Confirmed dose- and time-dependent tumor uptake via ex vivo gamma counting, with a mean tumor uptake of 13.0%ID/g (SEM) in the highest-dose bispecific antibody group on day 9.
Showed moderate correlation between tumor radiotracer uptake (SUV or %ID/g) and CD8+ T cell density via immunohistochemistry (R2 = 0.46 and R2 = 0.45, respectively) on day 9.
Achieved tumor-to-blood ratios >8 and tumor-to-muscle ratios >27 for the highest bispecific antibody dose on day 9.
