Davutamig  (Synonyms: REGN-5093)

Davutamig (REGN-5093) is a human IgG4-kappa, anti-MET bispecific antibody. Davutamig binds 2 distinct epitopes of MET, blocking ligand binding and inducing MET internalization and degradation. Davutamig is applicable to the research of advanced non-small cell lung cancer with MET gene abnormalities^[1][2].

Davutamig blocks the binding of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) to MET, thereby inhibiting the activation of the MET signaling pathway. Meanwhile, this unique binding pattern also induces internalization and degradation of the MET receptor, completely eliminating MET protein on the surface of tumor cells to achieve a stronger anti-tumor effect^[1][2].

  Flow Cytometry analysis of A549 cells labelling c-MET (red) with Davutamig (anti-c-MET) (HY-P990073). Cells were stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control.
