Pladienolide A (967.5 nM; 72 h) inhibits U251 human glioma cell proliferation with an IC50 of 967.5 nM[2].
Pladienolide A (451.5 nM; 18 h) inhibits hypoxia-induced VEGF-PLAP secretion in U251 VEGF-PLAP reporter cells with an IC50 of 451.5 nM[2].
