In Vitro

Cell Viability Assay[1]

Cell Line: Recombinant Gpx3. 50 μM protein untreated or exposed to 100 μM.
Concentration: 1 mM.
Incubation Time: For 15 min at 37 °C.
Result: H2O2-dependent labeling of Gpx3 by DYn-2, with increased intensity relative to labeling by DAz-2.
