Biological Activity
EEKLIVVAF can be recognized by CTL clone on C1RB*4402 and C1R-B*4403 cells, and (45 ng/mL and 160 ng/mL, respectively; 30 min; 20 °C) shows the ability to compete with a standard peptide for binding to HLA-B*4402 and HLA-B*4403 molecules[1].
