PROTAC ERα Degrader-4 (Compound ZD12) is a highly potent and selective PROTAC targeting the estrogen receptor α (ERα) subtype. PROTAC ERα Degrader-4 exhibits robust cytostatic and ERα degradation activity against Tamoxifen (HY-13757A)-sensitive and -resistant ER+BC cells, as well as ERα-mutated BC cells, and can be used for cancer research[1].
