Etalanetug (Mouse IgG2a) reduces the levels of insoluble tau protein in multiple brain regions and inhibits the seeding and spread of pathological tau protein. Etalanetug (Mouse IgG2a) is applicable to research related to Alzheimer's disease.

Etalanetug (Mouse IgG2a) binds to recombinant human P301S mutant 2N4R tau protein with high affinity, with a Kd value of 448 pM, which is lower than its affinity for recombinant wild-type human 2N4R tau protein[1].
