Biological Activity
Flt-3-IN-1 exhibits cytotoxicity against HL-60, CCRF-CEM, and MOLT-4 leukemia cell lines with IC50 values of 0.13 μM, 7.50 μM, and 3.65 μM respectively[1].
Flt-3-IN-1 (0.13 μM, 24 h) arrests the cell cycle at the G1 phase and induce apoptosis in HL-60 cells[1].
