Fludarabine-Cl inhibits tumor cell proliferation, and has only a weak inhibitory effect on normal RWPE1 and HEK293 cells. The IC50 for MDA-MB-23, RPMI822, HL60 and K562 is 0.383, 0.149, 0.544 and 0.609 μM[1].
Fludarabine-Cl binds to ADAR1 protein with a KD of 7.24 μM[1].
