Antimicrobial agent-3 (Compound U10) shows antimicrobial activities with MIC values of 8, 16, 16, 128, 2, 32 and 12.5 μg/mL against S. aureus ATCC 29213, MRSA ATCC 43300, E. faecalis ATCC 29212, E. coli ATCC 25922, P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853, C. albicans ATCC 90028 and M. tuberculosis H37Rv, respectively[1].
