BODIPYS1
BODIPYS1 is a near-infrared ratiometric fluorescent sensor and labile copper detection probe. BODIPYS1 possesses excitation-ratiometric copper-sensing capability, with the ratio of near-infrared emission under 600 nm excitation (710 nm) to that under 660 nm excitation, Fex600/Fex660, increasing from 2.8 to 10.7. BODIPYS1 is capable of tracking labile copper ions in mice.
