Semorinemab (RG 6100) is an anti-Tau humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody, targets the N-terminal portion of the Tau protein (amino acid residues 6-23). Semorinemab binds with human Tau with a Kd value of 3.8 nM. Semorinemab can be used for the research of Alzheimer's Disease.

    Flow cytometric analysis of 1.5X106 SHSY5Y cells with Semorinemab (HY-P99399, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control.
