THP-NCS
THP-NCS is a bifunctional chelator bearing an isothiocyanate group, enabling radiolabeling. THP-NCS can conjugate antibody fragments for gallium isotope radiolabeling in ImmunoPET imaging. THP-NCS can conjugate biomolecules, including cyclic RGD peptides. THP-NCS can conjugate PEGylated liposomes or bone-targeting aminobisphosphonates via thiourea bonds for metal chelation pretargeting.

THP-NCS is linked via a lysine side chain to the cyclic pentapeptide c (RGDfK). The "RGD" peptide motif targets the αvβ3 integrin receptor, which is expressed on the surface of many metastatic tumor cells, as well as on inflammatory tissue and the surface of blood vessels undergoing angiogenesis[1].
