GPR17 agonist 1 (Compound 1) potently activates human GPR17 in transiently transfected HEK293 L9-2 cells, with an EC50 of 35 ± 3 pM[1].
GPR17 agonist 1 activates human GPR17 in the [35S]GTPγS binding assay with an EC50 of 36 pM[1].
GPR17 agonist 1 activates human P2Y12, P2Y13, and P2Y14 receptors in transiently transfected HEK293 L9-2 cells, with EC50 values of 178-3388 nM[1].
