HKPerox-1 is a yellow-emitting fluorescent probe with excellent selectivity and sensitivity toward H2O2. HKPerox-1 can be used for molecular imaging of endogenous H2O2 in living cells[1].

In Vitro

HKPerox-1 (1-20 μM; 24 h) is nontoxic to RAW264.7 macrophages[1].
HKPerox-1 (10 μM; 30 min) robustly visualizes endogenous H2O2 production in macrophages in a selective manner[1].
