In Vitro
IDO1/TDO-IN-13 (45 min) potently inhibits recombinant IDO1 with an IC50 of 0.106 μM; it also inhibits recombinant TDO2 with an IC50 of 6.91 μM[1].
IDO1/TDO-IN-13 (48 h) inhibits IDO1 activity in IFN-γ-stimulated BxPC-3 cells, with an IC50 of 5.09 μM[1].
IDO1/TDO-IN-13 (0-1.0 μM; 45 min) acts as a non-competitive inhibitor of recombinant IDO1 against D-tryptophan (HY-W012479)[1].
