IKZF-IN-1
IKZF-IN-1 is a molecular glue and an IKZF protein degrader that mediates the degradation of IKZF1/IKZF2/IKZF3/IKZF4 proteins. IKZF-IN-1 promotes the ubiquitination of target proteins via the CUL4‑CRBN E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, thereby triggering the degradation of target proteins. IKZF-IN-1 can be used in cancer-related research.

IKZF-IN-1 (Compound I) exhibits DC50 values of 6 443 nM, 8.5 nM, and >10 000 nM against IKZF1, IKZF2, and IKZF3, respectively, in the Jurkat cell assay system, with corresponding maximum degradation rates of 53%, 91%, and 33%[1].
IKZF-IN-1 exhibits an IKZF1 DC50 of >10 000 nM with a maximum degradation rate of 49%, and an IKZF2 DC50 of 10 nM with a maximum degradation rate of 100% in human regulatory T cell degradation assays[1].
IKZF-IN-1 exhibits a DC50 of 38 nM for IKZF2 and 3.4 nM for IKZF4 in the human regulatory T cell reprogramming assay, with maximum degradation rates of 85% and 65%, respectively[1].
